Sponsorship

The Vintage Film Festival owes its existence in large part to the generous Sponsors, Donors and Advertisers who help make this annual event possible. Sponsors are recognized by:

• Acknowledgement in the printed Program Book issued to all who attend the Festival
• Listing and links (where applicable) on this web site (www.vintagefilmfestival.ca)
• Some recognition on slides shown between films during the Festival

The easiest way to become a sponsor is online (below).

Film Sponsorship - $400

• Sponsor the presentation of one of the feature films
• Sponsor's name goes under the name of the film being sponsored in the Program Book
• Sponsor's name is recognized on a separate page at the beginning of the printed Program Book
• Recognition on slides shown between films during the Festival
• Listed on the web site (www.vintagefilmfestival.ca) .

• Sponsor the pianist for one of the two performances at the Festival
• Recognition for the Sponsor as above

Musical Instruments Sponsorship - $200 Only 1 opportunity left for sponsorship

• Sponsor the rental of the grand piano for one of the two performances
• Recognition for the Sponsor as above

• Sponsor unlimited free popcorn for all Festival attendees
• Sponsor will be recognized in the Program Book, the VFF website and on slides shown between films at the Festival.

• Sponsor the speaker for the Sunday lunchtime film talk
• Sponsor will be recognized in the Program Book, the VFF website and on slides shown between films at the Festival.

Individual Donations

"Friends of the Festival"

• Donors are acknowledged on slides between films during the Festival; the amount of the donation is not disclosed.
• A charitable donation tax receipt will be issued for all cash donations of $20 or more
• For individual donations of $100 or more, the donor's name is listed on a separate page in printed Program Book as "Friend of the Festival".

Advertising in Program Book

The following sized advertisements are available

Full page ad - $750
Half page ad - $400
"Business Card" sized ad (6 per page) $150

• Colour and black & white advertisements are available for full page and half page advertisements
• Advertisers receive an invoice for the amount of the advertisement
• Advertisers are acknowledged on slides between films during the Festival and on the VFF web site
• Advertisers provide the copy for the advertisement
• Some design assistance is available to the advertiser for full page advertisements
